Irish National Stud & Gardens Skip the line Entrance
Overview
This one of the only thoroughbred breeding farms open to the public in the world. It is a unique attraction of outstanding natural beauty and home to some of the most magnificent horses and sumptuous gardens found anywhere in the world. Beginning in the early 1900s, the stud has produced some of the finest racehorses in Europe.
Visitors can take a guided tour around the Stud where they will see stallions, mares and foals and our wonderful retired equine racing stars like Hurricane Fly and Beef or Salmon on the stud’s ‘Living Legend's’ team. A visit to the stud’s award winning interactive center, ‘The Irish Racehorse Experience’ truly brings to life the worlds of these magnificent animals. The Stud is also home to two remarkable gardens: the Japanese Gardens and St Fiachra’s Garden. Set on 850 acres the Stud offers an opportunity to become truly immersed within the heart of nature and provides a unique experience for everyone to enjoy.
