Experience Irish Whiskey caters for all levels of the modern day aficionado. We offer 6 whiskies which are all premium Irish whiskey styles and carry their own amazing brand story. With vast experience under his belt Derek will be versatile in his delivery and cater for all knowledge and whiskey experience levels.
The experience carries 6 whiskies where you are guided through by a whiskey professional. The only thing separating the whiskey on offer will be the age, rarity or style of the whiskey. A welcome drink in the form of a whiskey cocktail as well as drinking water will be provided.
By remaining in the comfort of the traditional pub you can really become acquainted with the beautiful drinks on your tasting mat and engage fully with your host and whiskey professional Derek.
Derek will be happy to answer any questions and will love to interact about Irish pub culture and traditions-His other passion.

What To Expect
At Experience Irish Whiskey we will ensure that our guests have the most memorable and engaging whiskey experience available.
Depending on where you are on your whiskey journey our tasting mat will have something for everyone.
Our experience is very unique in Dublin as it is immersive and we remain in the comfort of the traditional pub setting while enjoying some of the best whiskey on the island!
Once nestled into the comfort of the pub, a true authentic heritage bar, we will sit, get acquainted and we will chat through Irish pub culture and its history before we start sampling.
From here we meet our whiskies - 6 in total.
Our 6 Premium Irish Whiskey selection takes into consideration the true new artisan distillery's of Ireland as well as the bigger pot still whiskey makers that have stood the test of time!
Now you can taste Irish whiskey like local whiskey fanatics do!
We will then dive into Irish whiskey history, various styles of our spirit and the story behind each brand, all the while discussing the sensory overload delivered by each glass.. Beautiful aroma, amazing intense flavours and the finish on each drop.
