My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed this tour. We learned a lot about the history of barbecue in Kansas City and where all the great places are.
We wanted a taste of KC bbq and they did not disappoint. We hit 3 popular and highly rated barbecue joints, enjoyed ribs, burnt ends and an assortment of smoked meats and side dishes. Also, a variety of sauces from the sweetest to so spicy it could make you scream! We learned a little history of each place and how they fit in the history of Kansas City.
Glad we took this tour—highly recommend it!
