What To Expect
During the visit you will taste 3 wines with which to discover the diversity of Bodegas Durón estates and a traditional pairing with local Castilian artisan products prepared by the winery's chef. This appetizer is composed of churra sheep cheese with homemade Tinta del País grape jam, piquillo peppers confit in red wine, Burgos blood sausage and oil cake bread.
In addition to enjoying the visit touring the winery, and after tasting the wines and the aperitif, you will go to the dining room-viewpoint of Bodegas Durón where you will taste the traditional cuisine of the region: a menu consisting of Castilian soup, lamb baked in adobe oven with salad, dessert and coffee. All paired with the Crianza from the winery.
