It provides a taste of the scuba diving adventure, combining a brief educational session with hands-on, supervised diving. The experience allows participants to explore the beauty of the underwater realm, interact with marine life, and experience the weightless sensation—all under the guidance of a certified instructor. It's an accessible and safe introduction to a new and fascinating dimension, making it an exciting and memorable addition to any travel itinerary.

What To Expect
Introduction and Briefing: You'll start with a brief orientation that covers the basics of scuba diving
Equipment Familiarization: You'll be introduced to the scuba gear,
Skills Training: The instructor will teach you a few essential scuba skills in shallow water, such as clearing your mask and regulator, equalizing pressure, and basic underwater communication.
Confined Water Dive: After the skills briefing, you'll enter shallow water to practice the skills you've learned and become comfortable with the underwater environment.
Short Dive Experience: Once you've mastered the basic skills, you'll have the opportunity to go on a short, controlled dive with your instructor.
Supervised Dive: During the dive, the instructor will accompany you, providing guidance and ensuring your safety. You'll have the chance to explore the underwater world, experience weightlessness, and observe marine life.
Debriefing: After the dive, there will be a debriefing session where you can discuss your experience, ask questions, and receive feedback from the instructor.

No, you don’t need to have any previous Scuba experience, but you must be able to swim without a flotation device.
Mar 2022Participants in the Discover Scuba Diving Experience cannot fly in an airplane within 24 hours of their dive.
The main concern with scuba diving and flying is decompression sickness (DCS). Your body needs adequate time during an ascent to off-gas excess nitrogen, or you can form bubbles in your bloodstream, possibly leading to DCS.
Jun 2024If you have any doubts about becoming seasick on the water, we recommend taking a Dramamine® Motion Sickness Relief tablet the night before your trip. Some people recommend taking it the night before your cruise and then again that morning so you will not feel so drowsy.
Feb 2023- For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the tour start time.
- If you cancel less than 24 hours before the tour start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
