Pick up instructions:From Airport: "Prior to your arrival, our operator will contact you hours before your transfer to facilitate communication and ensure that everything is easier and faster. Upon arrival at Aruba Airport, one of our representatives will be waiting for you at the terminal exit. He will be carrying a tablet with your name on it and will be wearing a black polo shirt with a light gray logo on the front.The representative will be located at gate 3 of the airport exit. Remember that the representative will be waiting for you for 60 minutes after your flight lands at the airport.Note: Remember to download WhatsApp on your phone to maintain faster and more effective communication with your driver and the POLITTAN support team."To Airport: "Your driver will be waiting in the hotel lobby. Please ensure that you are at your pick up point at least 15 minutes in advance."
