Meeting and Pickup
The cooking class will take place at La Gavitella restaurant in Praiano. To reach the venue from the city center of Praiano, you can take the stairs (around 400 steps) that start near the Church of San Gennaro.To reach the venue from Positano, you can take our shuttle boat that departs at 9:50 AM. The meeting point will be at the Positano Boats gazebo down to the main beach of Positano. The return to Positano beach will be at 5:30 PM. It can also be arranged at a time requested by the client.To reach the venue from Marina di Praia, Praiano, you can take our shuttle boat that departs at 9:50 AM from the small dock. The return to Marina di Praia will be at 5:00 PM. It can also be arranged at a time requested by the client. The boat will be recognizable because the sailor will wear the Positano Boats or La Gavitella T-shirt. Moreover, the sailor will pull in and call your name.

What To Expect
The best combination for the best day in the Amalfi Coast: Cooking Class & Beach Club at La Gavitella in Praiano! Experience Italian culinary delights and relax between crystal clear water and stunning views.
Reach us from the stairs near San Gennaro church in Praiano or by shuttle boat from Positano and Marina di Praia. The warm welcome from the restaurant's hosts and chefs is featured by coffee & cornetto, while you put apron and hat on.
Our expert chefs provide step-by-step instructions and tools to make with your own hands Italian bruschetta, ravioli with tomato sauce and tagliatelle with zucchini & shrimp. As dessert learn how to make tiramisù.
During the class enjoy some Italian Prosecco and limoncello.
Once the cooking is over, it’s time to taste the dishes you've prepared. This special lunch is enriched by the enchanting background of Positano, Li Galli Islands and Faraglioni rocks.
After lunch, refresh and regenerate yourself at the beach club till the sun sets.
At the end of the day, take the shuttle boat back to the starting point. Few days later receive photos, videos and recipes to never forget this experience! Vegetarian menu available on request.
